Rachel Schneider joined Molson Coors Beverage Company in 2022 and leads the company’s global sustainability/Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance strategy for the Americas. Previously, Rachel was at Harley-Davidson for 12 years leading sustainability efforts and driving business and strategic planning. Rachel made the switch to corporate sustainability after a 15-year legal career. She was an equity partner in the Environmental Law Group of Quarles & Brady LLP, specializing in environmental and other regulatory compliance matters.
