How to Pay: Purchase a $5 event permit online.

Visit Parking Services’ Online Portal.
Click “Purchase Event Permit.”
Choose “DEPARTMENT SPONSORED EVENTS / MEETINGS.”

Getting To and From the Conference, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Board the Bobcat Shuttle (Route #12, Bobcat Village) to the LBJ Student Center. Route #12 shuttles run every 15 minutes, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. View the Real-Time Shuttle Tracker.

Getting Back to Your Car After 5:30 p.m.: Board the Bobcat Shuttle (Route #45, Campus Connector) to Bobcat Village (Mill Street Lot). Route #45 shuttles run every 25 minutes, 5:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
